Established in 1978, Shatin Pui Ying College is a HKCCCC-affiliated School. It is a Christian secondary school fully subsidized by the government with 5 classes each for Secondary 1 to 5, and 2 classes each for Secondary 6 and 7.

- Teaching Language
Because of the ability of our students, the English language capability of our teachers and the school's supporting strategies, all of which are well above the required standard, the Education Department has given us approval to use English as the medium of instruction since 1998.
